Smoked Trout Dip
A smoked fishy delicate flavor will leave your guests dipping away!

- 1 smoked trout
- 125 gm cream cheese
- 1/4 – 1/2 a half cup sour cream
- 1 lime (juice and grated rind)
- Remove skin and bone from trout.
- Process all the ingredients in a food processor.
- Adjust to taste, by adding extra lime and sour cream.
