Ingredients

  • 1 smoked trout
  • 125 gm cream cheese
  • 1/4 – 1/2 a half cup sour cream
  • 1 lime (juice and grated rind)

Directions

  1. Remove skin and bone from trout.
  2. Process all the ingredients in a food processor.
  3. Adjust to taste, by adding extra lime and sour cream.
